Rajahmundry (AP), Jun 2 : Five candidates, who are contesting the bypoll to Ramachandrapuram (SC) constituency in East Godavari district, have been issued notices for not filing expenditure reports with the Election Commission (EC). Returning Officer K Subba Rao today said these candidates, among them the nominee of ruling Congress, have been asked to submit their expenditure reports within the next three days. According to EC rules, every contesting candidate is required to submit expenditure report for every three days to the Election Returning Officer, he said. The notices have been issued to Thota Thrimurthulu (Congress), Pinepi Subash Chandra Bose, Botsa Yasu, Y Srinivasa Rao and Bandi Thrimurthulu (all Independent candidates), he added
