Bollywood actor Saif Ali Khan’s most ambitious project ‘Agent Vinod’ has hit another roadblock. Earlier, it was Saif’s and businessmen’s Iqbal Sharma’s brawl that gathered negative publicity for the film and this time it’s an item song that has become a reason of hindrance in the film’s release. An Iranian band has apparently claimed the copyright of Saif’s item song ‘Pyaar Ki Pungi’ in the film that has become a major hit.

The band has sent a legal notice to the makers of ‘Agent Vinod’ and stated that the initial lyrics of the song are quite similar to one of their compositions. In January 2012, the band claims to have produced and released an album titled as ‘Soosan Khanoom’ and they also claim that Saif’s song is being inspired from one of the track from the album.

The agitated members of the band have apparently sent a legal notice by demanding to eradicate the song from the film and also to stop promoting the song for the movie and if this does not materialize the band members would take a strict action.
